Print Ad Design for the Vitamix FoodCycler FC-50

(SPRING 2022) - For this assignment, I was asked to create a print ad that would be featured in a magazine. This design is intended to be a full-page ad in Food & Wine Magazine (8 1/4” x 10 7/8”). My target audience was GEN X parents with two teenage kids living in the suburbs.

Visual Concept

The advertisement is going to be simple. It’s going to use the design principle of balance. There will be two images next to each other with copy underneath. There will also be the design principle of creating a visual path, with a hand holding the compost. The hand will draw the view toward the copy.
