For this assignment, I was asked to create a strategic message planner for the Vitamix FoodCycler FC-50.

This week for Jayhawk Jukebox, I did the “Song of the Week” segment. I chose “Magenta Mountain” by King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard. I talked about the meaning behind the lyrics and how the song came to be.

For this assignment, I was asked to create a business plan for an online magazine. My partner and I decided to create a business plan for an online magazine centered around Type 1 Diabetes.

I interned with the community marketing team at Bulbshare Limited. One of the tasks assigned to me was creating Instagram grid posts and stories. These are the designs I made using Canva compared to what ended up going on the company’s Instagram page.

I created this blog post as part of an application for a student blog/vlog grant provided by CAPA the Global Education Network. In the application, I was asked to create a 500-word blog with photos.

For this assignment, I was asked to create a video postcard of a location. We were asked to edit together five clips, that were five seconds each. The video had to include various types of shots such as close-up, medium, and wide. These clips were edited together with Adobe Premiere Rush for Video. The location was the Royal Arch Trail in Boulder, Colorado.

For this assignment, I researched information about when college students in Kansas will have access to the COVID-19 vaccine. Then I planned a 60-minute podcast episode using the research I gathered.

For this assignment, I researched public records to find information about a local business and its associated individuals. Then, I created an email pitch for three magazine stories about the business from the research I gathered.

For this assignment, I researched a local business. Then I wrote a memo describing the business, its owners and articulated three research-based arguments to convince the owners to donate to KU Endowment.
